Fall Closet: Cozy Edition Under $100

In the south, it's definitely hot for a while longer, but I've gotten a jump on my fall shopping this year. Along with most everyone else, the theme for this year is versatile yet comfortable, not to mention functional for chasing a 16-month-old.

Everything I am sharing is under $100 (yes, even the cashmere sweater!) The candle is an all-time favorite and sells out, so best to stock up early! The leggings have been my old faithful for YEARS and would pair perfectly with a long sweater.

Closet Refresh for Summer

When gearing up for a new season, I typically gravitate towards classic, staple pieces. Given that we travel a fair amount to the beach, I like to be able to throw a bunch of pieces into a bag and know that they'll coordinate together no matter how I decide to pair them.

Below is a handful of a few items I've picked up.

1 / I have been living in this brand lately, and for good reason. The quality is fantastic for the price point. I love this classic oxford style top with a twist with its boxier style.

2 / It's no secret that I love this entire line of pajamas. I picked up this shorts set for summer and love the color combo.

3/ To be frank, I bought this entire outfit but especially love these pants. They are flattering while still having a fun, relaxed style.

4/ This hat has been in my arsenal for years and still looks brand new. I purchased a second one just to have one at home. I try to be extra careful about sun on my face and this hat is comfortable enough to wear all day long.

5/ I love how these wraps can serve many purposes. A swim coverup during the day or a skirt or scarf at night.  The print I purchased is sold out, but I love this one for pre-order!

6 / This dress is a linen cotton blend that's perfect for an evening after a day spent on the beach. It also comes in blue!

7 / I bought a similar version to these mules which are now sold out, so I thought I would share these (and now think I need them, too!)

8 / I stock up on these neutral flip flops every year.

9 / Great quality cashmere sweater for the price. The navy tone is so classic.

10 / This t-shirt dress is a great, thick material without being too hot. I purchased it in black, but also think I need the canvas!

Spring Home Refresh - Under $100

Spending time at home now more than ever, I have been focusing free time on getting organized and refreshed for the Spring season. Over the years, I've tried to be pretty disciplined in keeping things organized and only truly buying (and keeping) decor/home items that bring me joy.

Sharing a handful of items below that bring me joy (and are under $100!) with most even under $50.

1- I love these guest napkins and holder! Right now, its 20% off with code ATHOME making it just $35. The perfect gift.

2- These glasses have been in my cart now for some time and I think I need to pull the trigger. I love a stemless glass (especially with a handsy baby) and the feminine detail is perfect for warm weather.

3- This entire line is simply fabulous. These cheese knives are no exception.

4- My pre-order is in for this book and I cannot wait for it to arrive in a few months.

5- It's no surprise I love this pillow. The price is so good and so many sizes to choose from. Pillows and draperies can transform a space faster than anything in my opinion.

6- Shatterproof plates are a must for outdoor dining.

7- This pitcher is also 20% off and would be perfect for afternoon cocktails or fresh flowers.

8- One of my all time favorite candles. I also love that you can smell it even when it's not lit.

9- This classic stool is perfect for indoor or out

10- I love this burlwood picture frame. I would love to include a black and white photo of Sloane inside.

11- As my mother always says, you can never have too many bud vases. This time of year I love little clippings from the yard in vases like these all over the house!

Sloane's Easter Basket

We are so excited to celebrate Sloane's first Easter this weekend! I had so much fun pulling together her Easter basket and can't wait for Sunday morning. Of course she won't remember it, but we will. ;-)

Sharing each item we included below, as well as her basket, which I absolutely love!

I just adored the classic scallop detail on the liner of her Easter basket. The monogram was customizable in any color. The soft pink monogram goes perfectly and is a basket style to last her through her childhood.

I cannot wait for her to wear this precious swimsuit with long sleeves. Its UPF 50+, which provides one less place to worry about sunscreen! The bow detail in the back is pure sweetness. It looks like many sizes are sold out in her print, but I also love this one and this one

LAKE Pajamas are some of our absolute favorites (for her and me!) and I couldn't resist this citrus print for Summer.

These sunhats are some of our favorites because the brim is super wide, and sturdier than others, so it doesn't flap down in her face.  Also UPF 50+!

We always keep a backstock of white bows and this brand is our favorite. They do not slip (unless said almost-toddler pulls them out ;) )

I picked up two books. This one is cute and this one was perfect as much as she loves bunnies. Perfect to read together Easter morning.

She absolutely loves Madame Alexander dolls. She received her first one at Christmas and I just love the bunny theme! I know they'll be something that lasts for her!

This hooded towel will be perfect this Summer for the boat or the pool!

I also picked up a couple of our favorite sunscreens, but it's been so hot lately we already pulled them out and started to use them! We love this for body and this for face.

Baby: Our Favorite Items 6-9 Months

Sloane will be 10 months next week. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it! She is busier than ever and her little personality is just the best!

I get asked often what some of our favorite items for her are, so wanted to share with you all some of our favorites from months 6 through 9! Of course every baby is different, but here are a handful of items we have used on a daily basis.

1 / These bodysuits have carried us through many months. I just ordered her a handful more in the next size up. They are a thick cotton and wash really well. Adorable under jumpers or with leggings.  I find they run TTS.

2 / These leggings pair great with the bodysuits above and are the same thick cotton. We have nearly every color.

3 / It's tough to tell from the photo, but this is the thickest, best quality crib sheet I've found. It has been especially nice with colder winter nights as it is a thicker textured material. We have the matching swaddle blankets and find ourselves reaching for them constantly. We love this sheet!

4 / Sloane is super tall and needed to be transitioned to her big girl car seat earlier than we anticipated! We are using this car seat and love it so far! It has multiple reclining options, is entirely washable, and is super thick and plush. Plus, it has fantastic safety ratings.

5 / This was a must once she started moving about her crib!

6 / Once we transitioned out of the Merlin, we started using these fleece sleepsacks. Nothing fancy but they wash great and the fleece is extra cozy for winter. We will be getting the cotton option for Spring.

7  /  These are the only bows we use. They stay in better than any other brands we've tried.

8 / Around month 7 we started working with Sloane to use a sippy cup and love that these do not spill when tipped over!

9 / We LOVE these jammies. Sloane has a few pairs and they are the softest, thickest cotton but also allow her feet to be free as she has become more mobile.

10 / We have tried half a dozen towel brands and these are the only bath towels I reach for. Who knew I could have such a strong opinion on towels. These are so soft and absorb water much more quickly and efficiently than any other brand we've tried.

11 / Love these plates to stick directly to the table at meal time!

12 / Similar to plates above but these bowls are perfect for any purees or yogurts. Suction is key.

13 / Keeping the suction theme going here. This toy is perfect for restaurants and on the go for keeping Sloane entertained.

14 / We love this brand of toys and this puzzle has quickly become a favorite. It's been great as she learns dexterity.

15 / The sock struggle is real. This brand of socks is truly the only that will stay on her feet.
