Wedding Wednesday

So, lets be honest. This is probably my LAST Wedding Wednesday. I head home on Sunday for the wedding week, and things will probably be so crazed I won't have time to spend on this little blog. I cannot believe we are down to 10 days. Austin and I are pretty similar when it comes to major life events, and the fact that things don't really hit us until its game time. Kind of whats going on here. What'll likely happen is, I will wake up on my wedding day with my game face on and ready to do the damn thing. Operation Let's Get Married.

In honor of my last Wedding post, I figured I'd share my COMPLETED list. Hooray for that.

How weird is it that I only have two of these left? In honor of that, I am updating my to-do list. Maybe knowing how much I have done will help me relax? Wishful thinking at its finest.

Walk down the aisle & say I do!

Well, If I do say so myself, I've tackled this list like a beast. My OCD kicks in and of course I color code what I've recently done and what I have left to do (Brides, I'm sure you can relate). And yes, there are a few other things that are not even on this list that I have yet to tackle, but I will be heading home an entire week before the wedding to prep for any final details, hair/spa appointments, you know the drill. I think I am finally getting to the point in my planning, that at the end of the day, Austin and I are going to be married. If the centerpieces don't turn out EXACTLY like I wanted, we'll live. If for whatever reason I'm clumsy and trip in my shoes, we'll laugh. And even if it pours down rain (it better not) we will still say our vows (inside of course). The two of us are honestly itching so bad for our big day to be here that we simply cannot stand it. 17 days and counting!!

Maxi Love

So, this time two weeks from now, I will be on our honeymoon. Have I mentioned that I can't wait? I don't find out where we are going until our connecting flight to our final destination, but Austin has promised that its warm, relaxing and "right up my alley" whatever that means. With that said, I've been shopping around for the perfect honeymoon gear. So far, I've picked up a couple pieces, a fun hat and some new shades. But when warm weather is involved, I LIVE in maxis. Here are a couple I have my eye on:

Happy April!

It sure did take Spring awhile to rear its little head. I can't believe it's April. Officially our wedding month. EEEP! With a forecast of 75 degrees and sunny today, I have to say I am SO glad to see April. March was a month of transition with starting a new job and getting into a new groove. I'm SO excited for all that April has to bring and cannot WAIT for some R&R on our honeymoon!

So totally random, but had to share. I came across this on Pinterest over the weekend while I was home. It had my mother and I hysterically cracking up for a solid 15 minutes. Maybe we are just a tad off, but I found it freakin' hilarious.

haha!

Time for wine!
